We started in radiology

IMAGIX was born from experience in radiology and medical imaging, working closely with professionals, equipment, and services. Today we develop three products for these services:

  • DICOM Metrics calculates productivity, exam workflow, demand, and quality indicators from the metadata the PACS already records, and updates them automatically;
  • ODIN makes it possible to operate imaging equipment remotely, with a device that presses the keys of the original console without modifying the equipment;
  • the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Simulator runs in the browser and is used to practice the decisions of an exam before operating the scanner with a patient.

Before proposing a solution

We follow the routine of the service with the people who will use the solution: the people involved, the equipment, and the constraints of each place. The project starts with the problem the team faces, and the technology is chosen afterwards.

Research

We also research technologies that are not yet products, such as artificial intelligence models for reports adjusted to the radiological patterns of the Brazilian population, continuous monitoring of patients at home, and new forms of interaction between people and equipment. These lines are in the concept or early development stage.

After implementation

We follow the implementation and daily use, and adjust the solutions together with our clients based on what comes up in that use.
