IMAGIX takes privacy seriously and works to protect the data of clients, partners, suppliers, and users of its websites and applications. This policy explains how we handle information collected while you browse and in the messages we exchange with you.
By using the website, sending communications, or providing personal data, you acknowledge the practices described here. Use of the website is also governed by the Terms of Use.
1. Who we are and how to reach us
IMAGIX develops health technology solutions. To exercise your rights, withdraw consent, or ask about the processing of personal data, contact privacy@imagix.tech.
2. Definitions
Personal data is information that identifies or can identify a natural person, directly or indirectly, such as a name, national ID number, date of birth, or IP address.
Sensitive personal data includes information on racial or ethnic origin, religion, political opinion, trade union membership, health, sex life, genetics, or biometrics.
Processing covers any operation carried out with personal data, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, use, sharing, restriction, anonymisation, and deletion.
Data protection law means the rules applicable to the processing of personal data, in particular Brazilian Law 13,709/2018, the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
3. Data we may process
Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:
- identification and contact data you provide, such as name, email, telephone number, company, and the content of your message;
- technical browsing data, such as IP address, device, browser, language, access date and time, and pages visited;
- professional information submitted in business, support, recruitment, or partnership conversations;
- consent and preference records, including your cookie choice.
The website contact form asks only for your name, email, and message.
Please do not send patient information, medical images, health records, or other sensitive data through the contact form. IMAGIX does not collect sensitive personal data through general browsing of the website.
4. Why we process data, and on what legal bases
We use personal data to:
- respond to requests and continue conversations you have started;
- provide support and information about our products and services;
- confirm or correct the information we hold about you;
- protect the website, prevent fraud, and investigate security incidents;
- understand website performance and improve the experience, where analytics consent has been granted;
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations;
- exercise rights in administrative, judicial, or arbitration proceedings.
Processing is based on consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests assessed under applicable law, and the regular exercise of rights.
5. If you choose not to provide data
You are not required to share the data we request. Withholding certain information may, however, prevent access to specific features, the provision of assistance, or the continuation of a conversation you have started.
6. Contact form, WhatsApp, and external services
When you submit the contact form, the website prepares a message and opens WhatsApp. You review and send that message yourself. From that point, WhatsApp’s terms and privacy practices also apply.
Links to social networks, maps, the client area, and other external services take you to third-party environments with their own practices. IMAGIX does not control the processing carried out by those organisations and recommends reading the applicable policies before sending data.
7. Cookies and automatic collection
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. While you browse, the website may record technical and usage data such as device, browser, language, and pages visited, in order to work correctly, maintain security, and produce statistics.
Essential storage is used to remember your privacy choice and support basic website operation. Analytics technologies are activated only after consent, and loading stops when the browser signals the Do Not Track preference. You can reopen cookie settings from the footer and change your choice at any time.
You can also configure your browser to refuse or remove cookies. That choice may limit features or affect your browsing experience.
8. Cookie categories
- Strictly necessary: support browsing, security, and the record of your privacy choice. They do not depend on consent.
- Performance and analytics: produce metrics about visits and website use to assess performance and guide improvements. They depend on your consent and use IP anonymisation.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no behavioural advertising technology.
9. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared, strictly as needed, with providers and partners supporting hosting, storage, communications, security, fraud prevention, support, and information technology, and with companies you choose to contact.
Some of these providers may process data in other countries. In those cases, we adopt the safeguards required by applicable data protection law. Sharing may also occur to administer the website or in a reorganisation, merger, sale, assignment, or transfer of assets.
IMAGIX does not sell personal data.
10. Retention and security
We retain data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, contractual, accountability, and security requirements.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No means of transmission or storage is entirely secure, so we ask that any suspected compromise be reported to us immediately.
11. Your rights
Under the LGPD, you may request:
- confirmation that processing exists, and access to the data;
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information;
- anonymisation, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary or irregularly processed data;
- portability, subject to commercial and industrial secrecy;
- deletion of data processed with consent, where the law permits;
- information about sharing and about the consequences of refusing consent;
- review of automated decisions, where any exist;
- withdrawal of consent.
To exercise your rights, contact privacy@imagix.tech. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling a request, to protect the data subject. Some requests may be subject to deadlines or limitations arising from legal obligations.
12. Children and adolescents
This website is intended for a professional audience and is not designed to collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or the law. The version in force and its update date are always published on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the contact details available to us or by notice on the website. Using the website after an update means you are aware of the new version.
